A message from our Chief:

On behalf of our members and myself, thank you for visiting this website and for your interest in the Woodstock Fire District. Since our inception in 1906, we have worked to provide the highest level of protection and service to the public that we serve.

The District is located 120 miles north of New York City and 25 miles west of the city of Kingston. Primarily still a rural and residential area, the District does contain some light manufacturing businesses and our village is known for being a tourist attraction for the arts and for a music festival that wasn't actually held in Woodstock.
